Title: missing flag, base and invincable enemies?

i decided to try to make my first map today, it worked out except for a few things, the bases and flags were missing o.O and in ctf and one-flag, the enemies are invincable, but not in koth o.o.
 i used final compile (high guality), whats wrong?   :-\

Make sure you have a worldspawn.  I've seen some crazy stuff happen with missing worldspawns.

did you remember to use teamnumbers for flags and bases? that might be part of the problem.

world spawn, check.... teamnumbers, check..... i have gamemode 0 assigned to both the bases, and gamemode 4 assigned to both flag entities, gamemode 2 and team 0 assigned to the neutral flag, but i do have a crapload o spawns for both teams if that would mess anything up, i could send the .map file if that would help any.
EDIT: got ri of the base glitch, it was jsut a mistake i made :/
