Title: Mouse Spaz's ingame

Only when I play dp my mouse spaz's. I'll be aiming and then the crosshair stops moving for half a sec or so.
Nothin's wrong with the mouse, i've tried others, and nothins wrong with the computer it self. This only happens in game.

Windows XP SP1, but I've fixed the problem.
