Title: Windows or Linux?
Post by: Zorchenhimer on December 08, 2007, 09:32:33 PM: I'm curious. How many of you use Linux for playing and how many use Windows? And I don't mean hosting servers, just playing.

Yea, I can't wait till the Linux build is released. Hopefully the 1440x900 screen resolution bug will be fixed too.

In theory it should be. Unfortunately the my linux install automagically hosed itself again, so I can't even get the game to run.

Make sure you give them game 4hrs to start up the first time around on Linux. I heard that pressing your keys and moving your mouse might speed this process up ;)

Thats the only issue I ran into with my desktop. It was straightened out though. My laptop on the other hand... I need to find some good software for managing the WiFi in Gnome.
