Is it legal to redistribute OpenAL with Paintball 2, or as a separate package on the download page?

At the very least it would be worthwhile for us we update the downloads page to include nVidia, ATI, OpenAL, etc. links to generic download pages and descriptions of what the players will need these for.

The OpenAL code really needs a complete re-write before I mess with any of that.  I think eventually, if possible, I'll include a DLL like some games do with the option of using the included openal library or the system one.
