Title: Maps running faster?

Hey all,
I recently downloaded build 20 and I've heard that maps are supposed to download much much faster.
Mine aren't
does anyone have any idea why?
Also, when i try to login to global login profile it won't let me. I enter all my info and then click OK but it doesnt move on.

Either you didnt install properly or you are on a server that hasnt been updated.

Install build 20.

i've done that and some maps seem to run faster but i still cant login.

 No no, the servers from where you try to dl havent been updated yet.

The maps will only download faster if the server you play on, when you click Join Game, has updated to build 20. There is nothing you can do if they havent in this case.

Most of the servers are still using build 19, so you won't get faster downloads yet, but hold tight they will likely change over soon then you will get hte faster downloads.

So be patient :P

If you want to test your download speeds, go to EV1 servers, they have Build 20 installed.

I believe the er33t servers have also been updated unless Xbain went back to build 19 after he found the bug.

The OTB's are with B20 too.

I probably will since I doubt there will be a decent B20 rebuild or B21 for Linux server/client released in the next couple days.
