Intensive Training Inside
After so long playing in the more competative match scene, major and I have decided to try our hand at a new training clan. We kind of solidified the idea after we spent hours teaching jumps to [WsL]Biker :)
Our aim is to help players who want to break into the competative scene with:
*Reliable and consistant voice recon
*Map strategy and teamwork
*Common and uncommon jumps
*General aim by pitting them against better players
If you would like to join there's only 3 criteria
1) a good, open attitude
2) an IRC client
3) a mic for use with voice recon
We hope to get into the network of WsL and InT for scrimming with them consistantly, but even if we don't we'd still be happy to help alone.

we know we aren't the best at the game but we do have some skill. we think that since we have alot of experience in matching and leading clans that this will be a big success. we also hope to make some good dp players to make the clan scene even larger because it is pretty boring right now and usually 1 clan has no competition or maybe 1-2 clans that will even give them a run. also this seemed like the funnest thing to do at the time and we enhoy having the satisfaction of knowing we helped somone. we are going to have 4 leaders me deranged promaster and amidoxz who all have experience. i hope this will be a success in bringing new talent into the clan scene. thanks and please come support us at #team_iti on irc

I have received a request from Major to join the training clan network. I will bring it to the leaders of the network to decide. We will try to get back to you in a reasonable time, but it may be a couple days before the leaders can weigh in on the topic.

iTi is still very much alive, no matter what the login says. Sometimes you have to work around the restrictions of the login :)

After consulting together we will not be accepting your application to join the network due to your history of violating the InT scrim/match policy more than any other team.
Hopefully you have made a new start and your clan trains many players for the game. But we do not feel our network is the place to test that.

Actually the consulting is done with the leaders. Which in WsL's case you have the two night time leaders and the two day time leaders. Normally we ask our fellow teammates for their advice or opinions in matters. Even if M7 and myself want something to happen it is normally what the majority of the players on both teams happen to want.

A. we consulted with those leaders who wanted to give their opinion.
B. We talked to some of the active players who were in voice.
Major now says that Deranged left. But I am afraid it still will not change the decision. I also just noticed that Major was formerly banned for multi accounts. We try to avoid anyone who has been banned before.

meh. InT's loss. We just wanted to help you guys out more than we already were, seeing as we've had a number of InT and WsL guys come to us for tips on jumping and strategy from players that have actually played on competative teams.. ever..

InT and WsL collect and use any information they can, which makes them such a great team. We all know they take information from people who aren't very good too, so please don't flatter yourself, you look foolish.

You showed no respect for our opinions or our policies when we scrimmed. We could not expect you to respect them as a leader. Therefore we chose to lose out on whatever expertise you brought to the table so that we could maintain our values and our chemistry.

Not being your average "competitive" clan, we as a group value each and every player's insight of our strategy. We constantly try new things just to see how they will work on other teams. The greatest thing in my eyes is the support from most clans by matching and scrimming us often. Most teams will even go out of their way after the match and give us pointers on what to work on next. It's players like spook, madman, colon, atmays, hades, and many others that really make a difference in our success by going the extra mile in being polite and helpful to everyone. Just by playing against colon in a public server one day taught me many new strategies. The great thing about it was like most stars, ur, and cf members he discussed and explained the stuff he did which gave me a little insight on how to play certain maps. With knack loaning us a server we are able to test our theories and at the same time it enlarges our presence bringing in more people wishing to join. Let me go ahead and say "THANK YOU" to all the players who have helped and supported us. Also a special thanks to jits for his support and help on our issues without getting frustrated with us. :P

One more I wanted to add to that list is Jigsaw. Ij has given good tips while playing us when Jig is at the helm.
