hello, i saw hacker on OTB Pub 1 at 16:38 CET
he have speedhack. Here is demo, and sorry i have bad english ^^

I think Terrorist can deal with CET. It's the time for germany too.

CET=GMT+1

The time isn't very improtant if u have the server and a name (except noname or newbie).
