1: Option to "use Windows's setting" for resolution if fullscreen enabled - webhead

this is not one i care about as much as some others, but I think it could improve the ease-of-use for some people. I would like to hear from others, though, if they think this is a worthwhile idea.

I also think that if this were implemented, it could be enabled by default, because people ... well, I know that I'd like my games to have this behavior by default, because if I have my Windows resolution set where I like it, then I'd want everything to use that resolution if possible, instead of defaulting to 640x480 or 800x600.
Then, if I decide to turn the resolution down to improve performance, I can do so.

Perhaps this should just be made for fullscreen mode?
