How newbies can integrate into the clan community (http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?topic=2004.0)
This will help you with what QueeNiE was discussing and next time use the search button before posting a question of this nature.
OP is usually an acronym for Operator usually in regards to someone with admin power in either IRC or in-game.
The search button does come up results for OP but there are 40 pages so next time, ask someone via pm.
