Title: How to make cap flag on 2 points

Sry my english is bad but how i make flag when i want cap on 2 points. I know to Entity flag + Key: count but dont know what number..Help me!!

Doesn't it only accept the English decimal fraction style? :P So... 0.4

"count" ".4"

Basically, it's whatever count is multiplied 5.  So if count is 2, it's a 10 point cap.
