Here's a real cut-to-the-chase demo, I'm zoomed in merely to show ya, since this map doesn't have noclip when you die, and I didn't want to go obs, it looks like he's speedhacking to me.

Why would any one hack on a server with a person of ranking?  They seriously must be mentally challenged...

Most people who play this game don't even come to the forums therefore they would not know that Newbie99 is actually a global moderator.

Hm, it's kind of hard to tell if it's lag or speed cheats in this case.  He tends to freeze/move slowly before speeding, so I think it might just be lag.

Hi, I just wanted to clarify this, It must be lag, since my normal latency is between 60-75 with pikes over 100 sometimes, I have a 2mbit connection and I'm connecting from Mexico, so, again, must be lag. I joined the game in January so im still a n00bzor, but I don't hack.

Glad to see you reg'd on the forum, sorry for the accusation, it was just suspicious to me. :)
