Title: Don't Change Email on DPLogin Account Until New Email Verified

If you change your email address, the account needs to be re-activated with the new email, but if you mistype the email address or the activation email does not go through for whatever reason, then the account becomes unusable.  I'm proposing a new system that keeps the account active with the old email address until the new address has  been verified.

Yay, i was actually so close to hitting the button yesterday when i was resetting my email address when i noticed an error.  +1 4 me.

I like this idea.  I have 2 email accounts and if I am not paying attention, I sometimes combine the two for what ever reason.  I have made my share of unusable accounts in the past and I know the frustration others have.

Well, this is finally done.  Got tired of fixing people's accounts when they changed their email address to something invalid.
