Title: help getting started

i got my account activated and i am trying to play the game but it kicks me every time i log into a server, even when i put in my password. how can i make it so i can play the game?

Check to see if you have build 21.
If you have 21, just delete the profile you made and then just re enter the information again in the profile set-up menu you see when you first boot up the game.

how do i delete the account?
p.s. sorry if i am annoying you. i am ignorant about computers and this game. but thank you for almost completly helping me.

Boot up the game and then at the main menu:
Click the Options button -> Global login profile -> Edit profile.  Now all you need to do is delete what ever is in both of the windows and put the your account name and then type the name you wish to use (if you have more then one linked to your account in DPlogin.  Now click the [Set to Name] button and then click okay.  Now just retype your password and you are all set.
That is about as descriptive as I can be so I hope it helps.
If that was not enough, although it may sound stupid, but are you sure you have a global login account?

Also make sure you have your name set correctly in the multiplayer options.
