and i want a serv, where i can get one?
or do You know another program to talk with people?

You might not have the same version as the server.  A lot of servers are running old versions that don't have the 8-user limit.  Xfire also has voice communication, which is handy if you just want to talk to 1 or 2 people and don't want to mess with obtaining a server.
