Meadowvale Secondary School, I'm guessing.  We still have increased security at work because of that plot (I work in the office beside one of their "targets").

last year a girl in my school got stabbed with folding scissors. I'm not usually one to get in fights but i just want to get my friends together and jump this kid.

isn't that south of malvern area? i thought the area imporved the past few years

Ah. Right.

Anyway, look at that kid. His parents look like trailer trash who're suing just for the money. Trust me, I'm against any kind of bullying, but I also believe it isn't bullying if it's provoked, even if the kid is 5'8", 110 pounds and he gets his ass kicked by a 6'6" 300 lbs guy.

I aggree. that is how ibelieve it is. this kid is wanting to be bullied so he can go home and complain and his parents sue for the money
