Title: Feature Request: Query API for GLS

I'd like to see some way to query the Global Login Database from an external source, for example to make sure that a player registered in a tournament hasn't signed up twice or just to be able to check what names a player is also using.  Another feature of this could be the inclusion of certain data in player profiles on clan websites etc.

ooh, this would also enable sk89q to improve on his DP playertag thing!
