For some unknown reason, I can no longer download any torrents, and my anti-virus cannot update.
I can download using Frostwire (Limewire Pro but without the excrement) and HTTP connections work.
Windows firewall is off, and DMZ is enabled for my laptops address. My anti-virus firewall is also off.
Any ideas?

ISP blocked it?

1. can you hook up your laptop in front of your router and does it all work?
2. Does your AV require just port 80 open or does it have a specialized port?
3. Is road runner doing "performance tuning" on their network? I heard they were testing it.

There's a website that tests to see if its the isp blocking torrents, it came back with a definite negative. I haven't physically connected it to my router because my router is buried behind my coffee table somewhere, so actual access is kinda a challenge. As for what port it uses, I have no idea. Is there any other way than wireshark to do that?
Its Kaspersky 08, i google'd it and didn't really find anything.

That site probably just tests port blocking. Your ISP is probably scanning packets and stopping Torrents. Try encrypting your traffic.
Also, which ISP do you have?

I have roadrunner, and Utorrent traffic encryption enabled.
