If You were banned and you played on a private server with more people(not bots), would it be ban evasion?

Depends, is it a lan or an actual server that shows in the server list.

it wasnt one that shows up on the list.. like someone on vent made it and got the ip and everyone on vent went to it.. including a person that was banned.

That is a public server if people from vent went to an IP unless the computers were hooked together in a lan and by the sounds of it, it sounds like it wasn't a lan.

.. it want a lan party.. none of our computers were connected.. that means it WAs ban evasion.. :/

Ambush, whenever im on vent with them they get a private server that doesnt show up on the server list so Navy can play, You can only get in by connecting to there ip address, and i dont think you need to be logged in to go to there server, so thats probably why he can use the fake tags

yeah that's how it works out, Nub and I went into their server once with the clan tag [Cereal] on i was Corn Pops. (i registered that name too =P)

sure.

But even if you accidentally play on a public server, you'll get caught and get banned, no exceptions.

he means if he sets up his own lan "Play > Start New Game > set a pw" and he played on that with other people will he be banned
