Add an short username to your account .

1. what is your account name?
2. are you talking about in-game?
3. DON'T USE COLORED NAMES.

my account is IVIasterfred im in the clan soul

i added an username IVIatrix but when i put -soul.IVIatrix the server kick me

i use only 3 coulour in my name and it work

Try not using color names or use the tag in normal letters and your name in color . Or just leave clan for a 1 letter tag or two . I don't see why you can't use as much colors as you want .
