How do I set a server with expert configurations? like eR33t matchs, anyone knows?

I dont know what you mean by "layout", but here are some possible settings(0 means "off" 1 means "on"):
Flagmustbeatbase 0/1 = You can just cap if the flag of the other team is in their base.
Flagcapendsround 0/1= The current round will be ended as just as on teamp has capped.
Expert mode 1-8 =Will set which weapons are used in the game, like 8 just PGP 7= Automag and so on...
FFire 1/0 = You can kill your own teammates.
smoke grenades/paint grenades # =sets the number of the specefic gren type in game

I've never gotten expert mode to work. Ever.

You simply log in to your server.
If you have the right lvl to do expert mode, just type "expert #" into console.
Type "expert" into console to see which number belongs to the gun you want.

Hm. Apparantly, the command works through login, but not at the server console. Jits, you should fix that.

?.. er33t doesn't even own servers.

he means the settings "only" with which eR33t wants to match usually.
