Can someone tell my, why to me come always connection refused if i go some server/map?! please, help me  :'(

same happens to me when i enter the beginner pubs

If we're talking about the QEHS ones no, they aren't.

It should tell you why if you read the entire text. (For example, "Bad Password" means the server is passworded).
