This sounds a little similar to our team outlook. BUT.... we have mirc and vent. Both work well for finding other people who like a closed server to play in and also allows you to play the game WHILE talking to people without all that crazy typing. I suggest both since both are free. (thnx jits) Let one of us forum monkeys know if you need help with anything.
