Whats up with my water? I tried vid_restart and everything , wont help.

ATI card?  It's a driver issue.  Search the forums and you will find more threads like this.

I wish my water would look like that in game.  Adds a bit more 'spice'.

The same happened with me, I fixed it somehow.
Anyway, that problem only happened to me with reflective water.

Turn off reflective water.

X:\games\paintball2\pball\configs\config.cfg

seta r_reflectivewater "1"
to
seta r_reflectivewater "0"
