Title: Map Downloads?!

A friend of mine (protomatrix) isn't able to download the maps...

He used to have build 18 and i told him to update to build 23...and now everytime he wanted to play a new map...it wouldn't make the download

Can anyone tell me why?

ok...
the paintball2 program wont automatically download the update you need to continue playing. SO, you go to that link above and download the update for paintball2 and install it that way. thus solving your problem.

EDIT

oh excrement. Didnt read properly. MY BAD.... again :S
erm... check firewalls, etc. Make sure you can play on the maps you already have.
or go to the otb ftp site and download all the maps.

You might be playing a server that has downloads disabled. Try another server.

Also possible that he disabled downloads on his client.
