Its still multi accounts, they have 2 accounts, not use 2 accounts.

OMG I hate this! I wrote jitspoe to mIRC and email delete my second account, but he nothing. I really do not use second account.I waiting 2 months to delete old account... Instead of these things you should prefer to write good rules to clan fighting, you have to be tired with each clan guess the tie map and other rules whether or not.

also note cernomor that there's no obligation for jitspoe to delete peoples accounts just because they want new ones. Above, you said that you made 2 accounts, then asked for one to be deleted. It is clear that your only allowed to make 1 account. So you had already broken the rules, before you even asked about it. It is your own fault.

I wrote that I wrote jitspoe that I deleted the account I waited 2 months, when nothing is happening and I have established a new account and the old played!

You already broke the rules - not much you can do about it. It's just a 16 day ban, I'm pretty sure you can be 2 weeks without a game.

I dont know why they make a new account, but if they have the same nick, and everyone knows who they are, and with old account they dont play, want to delete it, so it is not illegal. This made more players, I will not appoint. Where will ban these "selected" players, then they should get the ban the others.

Yes.
There is no need to create a second account PLUS it is against the EULA that you agreed to when you created the first account.

Each person can have one account. Even if they share the same computer. What is against the rules is one (1) person with 2 accounts.

Multiple accounts are not detectable. Not by some kind of automatic cheat detection as you seem to think. :)
They have to be reported by someone. When someone is reported for having 2 accounts, the committee investigates and tries to determine wether or not the accounts belong to the same guy.
On another note, when someone asks so many questions as you have, usually means they are thinking of creating a second account, or already have one. Don't. ;)

Save the committee some time and just ban him before he does it and gets caught.
