can u change there skill lvls cuz they suck

They're not really meant to be used yet and are mostly there for debugging purposes.  The only thing you can do is set "skill" to a negative value to make them stop shooting.

for some reason typing skill -# didnt work, do i type addbot skill -#

You don't type in the # symbol. I told you that you replace the # symbol with any number you want it to be. Try typing skill -1. You should also make sure that there are bots on your server before typing in the command and that bot commands are server side.

You can use PCDPmod from THIS THEARD (http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?topic=20851.0). There is all bot options in menuses ingame (and a lot of other improvements) ;)
