don't watch alot of music videos, don't care too much for them, but when i was through channels and i came across a charming little song where a bunch of brides maids are their pansy hands to the beat of the music for less than a second... i laughed for the entire day. Otherwise the song and video sucks, but that little dance they did made me happy

Is this from the Japanese version of Quake?

http://youtu.be/LL_vcptPyFA
Not quite. It's an anime show that takes place in a city that's researching people who have special abilities. The main character, for example, can generate/manipulate electricity and frequently uses it to generate an electromagnetic field that can launch metal objects at extreme velocities (thus the "railgun" name).
