Title: What's the worst part of a cold?

I can't tell if I got two colds back to back or if it's just one long, nasty cold, but I got to thinking... what's the worst part about colds?  Not that any of the symptoms are fun, but if you could get rid of just one, what would it be?

Same here, been having a cold sind the 2nd week of january, some days worse, some days better... I hate it :)

I'm having a hard time deciding between sore throat and runny nose.  I mean, sore throats suck because they can hurt a lot, but runny noses suck, too, especially when it's the watery stuff that just flows out of your nose nonstop, and your skin gets raw from so many tissues.

A few years back i had a Sore throat on a new years eve, all this great looking food and i couldn't swollow it. :(

Hey, I have some winter-related disease!

It's the 'uber-stuffy nose' sickness. It bugs the hell out of me, and robs me of all sleep.

sore throat by far. runny nose is just annoying. if you are not going any place just put tissue up your nose to stop it. they have cough meds so thats not a big thing. i dont sneeze to much when i have a cold. the eyes are more called by alergies then a cold but meds will take care of that too. stuffed up sinus i dont get those so im not gonna talk about that. and lack of energy thats just what you do. if you force yourself to get up and work out you will have energy.
i have yet to find a good way to get rid of sore throats. i have tried sprays. those candy like things. even warm salt water. they all only last for like 5 min or untill the candy is gone.
