Title: Build server command?

Hey,
I have looked around and I cant find anything. I am on build 26 and I have just created the server. When people join my server they cant because they dont have build 26. Is there a command or setting for changing the minimum build a user has to have?

I had someone on from build 23 so maybe its just that build and up

what build were the others using that they could not join your server?
