Title: Need some help from some Europeans/Aussies/everyone

And if you can, please provide a trace route to 64.27.12.194. Mask your IP if you care.

Install VisualRoute 2009: http://www.visualroute.com/
Run, select the "Business Edition Trial"
Go to Options > Continuous Trace Preferences
Select "Update traceroute continuously" and select "Use this setting for all future traceroutes"
Click "OK"
At the top, select "[None]" from the drop down after "to"
Enter "s1.grayboxhost.com" in the wide textbox
Click "Start"

Leave it running for 15 minutes and then paste a screenshot of the graph (make sure it's large enough to read) and table (click the expand button on the right of the title bar for the table at the bottom) here.

On the unknown node at the very 2nd (second to last), please hover over it and record the % packet loss.
