Does it matter that 3iob server can only take 18 players compared to OTB's 32? Will 3iob ever catch up if OTB can hold more players?

The 3iob pub server is the only decent pub atm. No wonder they get a lot of people. Its the only server i play on! (besides the otb soccer server ftw :D)
