bind "MOUSEWHEELUP" "crosshair x;sensitivity x"
bind "MOUSEWHEELDOWN" "crosshair y;sensitivity y"

In my opinion its better on "Right mouse". Its faster and comfortable than on mousewheel.

No one cares about your opinion, he wants it the way he wants it.

bind "MOUSEWHEELUP" "crosshair x;sensitivity x;fov x"
bind "MOUSEWHEELDOWN" "crosshair y;sensitivity y;fov y"

i would imagine adding that at the end would work
