Title: I can't get the thing past step 11 in jitspoe steps on mapping

Hey I need some HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a few great idea for maps (manly speedball maps) and I can't get the thing past step 11 in jitspoe steps. if jitspoe or someone that knows what the crap there doing, I would like it if they could help me. THANKS  :)

Tell us exactly what isn't working (error messages, etc) and then we can help.

Okay, when I complie the map for the first time, it goes smoothly until I get to the part were it opens up paintball2, and it says Can't find maps/inprogress/sofng or something like that. I am pretty sure I installed the program right. I was woundering if there could be another problem. Thxs in advance :)

In my experience, it means there is a hidden file in your maps directory called "inprogress" Delete that file, and make a new folder with that same name ;)

That "inprogress" file must be hidden pretty well, cause I can't find it.

In that case, where is BSP installed?

okay, idk how it happened, but BSP is now in the digitalpaintball 2 folder.

Like Lapppy said, there should be a file in c:\games\paintball2\pball\maps called "inprogress".  Delete it and create a folder called "inprogress" instead.

When you are in the Maps folder of DP2 just run a search on your computer to find it would be much easier.

First modify your posts. Secondly delete the inprogress then make a new folder called inprogress in your maps folder
