Yep, I don't have wally. What i was meaning to say was, could someone get these to the right file, so they could be used in paintball, i don't want to download wally

or you could download wally, do it yourself, and use wally for other textures that you may want to put into paintball in the future so you dont have to ask others to do it for you.

I am wondering where you got that texture, and if you have permission to use it. Making into a texture, if you have permission, would be really straight forward.  If you have permission I suggest getting Gimp and Wally, and learning to do it :)

yep i got permission, it is free to use in the wings3d tutorials.

No where on his site mentions using his textures for whatever you want, even if it was included in his tutorials.

But if he is giving it out to make it, couldn't you use it for anything? ill send him a message to make sure

No.  It all depends on the copyright of the document.  And from the looks of it, you can't.  You can, however, email the author and find out if you can use it or not.

when i use  wally it says unsupported file. supported images are: .BMP, .PCX and .MIP so how can i  convert them.

1. Find your image.
2. Right-click. 'Open with'. Find Paint
3. Go to 'File', then 'Save As'
4. Put the File-type as .bmp

Just do it and stop google-ing it and posting about it.
