I think you should work on your maps, not just create new ones all the time. I don't see almost any progress in your abilities. You improve much faster when you finish few maps and then go and create a new one.
For map itself, if you tried to create realistic looking terrain, you didnät do too good job, it looks really blocky. Here's a tutorial from cusoman, how to create realistic looking terrain with clipping planes:

Or, if you want to use vertex manipulation in BSP, you must do this:
In the newest release, one rather important feature was left disabled in the included Bsp.cfg. The setting "vertex_select_mode" should be set to option "2" instead the default of "0" so vertex dragging can be enabled.
For more, you have unreal looking structures, like those platforms made of rock. And the walls have cracks, which are annoying. Fix your brushes or put a clip brush :)

Uploaded the map to the beta server and attached a demo with suggested revisions.

i played this in a match and its too hilly and one wrong trun or jump you get stoped, need some nice flat areas even for the base

There are some parts of the map that you can't walk up. I would try to clip those better/make planks longer and less erect.

Odd map and terrain is off by the smallest amount on every hill and stops players from flying over them.
