Title: Need help (recorded demos)

I just made two training videos on lostjump (Rooms 1 and 2)  and one of my clanmates wants to see it. I forgot how to upload demos, but I've seen it done.

Help is appreciated (No flaming :))

why dont u send it to him over an IM like AIM or Yahoo or MSN ??

+ To upload a Demo u`d need some webspace!, or u add it on your forum post

yeah, he means you have to zip it up to post it on here i think.

but a better way to send it would be through a more personal means :)
