Title: Show players ip's on there global profile
Post by: RoBbIe on September 06, 2009, 01:05:38 PM: So how it shows the email,names,former clans and etc, have a spot for all the players used ips. It would help cut down multi-accounts and help catch them.

Could possibly help people have hackers get into their computer.... If you want it on your profile go for it.

Jits and server owners have all the info they need.

Yes but it would be nice if we (non committee or non server owners) could see matching ips so you dont have to post about suspecting someone for multi's you could have proof

But also i see the downside like if someone is on dial up, there ip will change everytime they log in and that would make a huge list of ips so

Advantage < Disadvantage

Yes. Huge privacy issue.

From a person's IP you can find out where they live... and you can guess what might happen from there...
