When you are admin and need to kick/ban someone from your server wouldn't it be useful to be able to just type why you did it and have it displayed on the screen? Like, X is spawnkilling and I want to kick him for it. I type 'spawnkilling' in textbox labelled 'Reason'. And press 'Kick'.
Or type in console:
kck 6 "spawnkilling" (assuming he has id of 6)
What X sees is:
You were kicked. Reason: spawnkilling.
Also in the main console everyone could see:
X was kicked. Reason: spawnkilling.
Advantages:
-That would save everyone's time, as kicked banned person would not need to ask why.
-Others could see it and take it as a warning
Disadvantages:
-Someone needs to implement it. Some may argue there are more important things to do now, but this one would not take long to do methinks.

Sounds good, but I always kick from menu, so this should changed too, maybe some options to choose.

Boolean option?
-> Spamming
-> Abuse
-> Dis-respect
-> Other
(With the other option, another pop-up could appear for specific details.)

I thought only about textbox to type it yourself. But after further consideration selections like that may be an option as well. And then it would pass the name of selection as the second parameter. I'll leave it open to decide.

Firstly, look up the word 'boolean'...
Secondly, it would still probably just be easier to enter a reason. You can just leave out the reason if you're too lazy to type it yourself.

in the case of rock&roller a reason could be blocking or going against his own team. :) ive noticed in threads about that.
