there's no way that you can compare pub and match servers. All this will turn into is 'which server do you ping best on'.

I would say the best are eR33t servers and probably ck's aswell, and the worst are probably Lawl and VCW match servers (west coast ftl)

I got nothing against arctics, but I lagg more there than in a eR33t.

EDIT: + You should remove 3ios or any other pub there, no sense in comparing match servers with pubs
