Title: Other people somehow can't jump in my server, but I can.

A bunch of people are complaing about my jump settings and saying they can't jump in my server and I was wondering whjat they are talking about and how I can fix it.  
I can jump up and down just fine.  Help would be nice

Type sv_airaccelerate 0 at the console.

Yes I am sure Jitspoe is aware of this. :) Jump is good.
