Title: Server List Doesn't Load

I'm posting this for EastSide because he'd confuse you all in trying to explain it. He clicks update and no servers show up pretty much. His aim is: lilbballboy56
I got him to re-install Build 16 and it still didn't work, anyone have any idea why it's not working for him?
He can go to http://dpball.com/serverlist.php though

Windows firewall is most likely blocking paintball2.
