Title: How much snow have YOU had?!
Post by: Kyuuchi on January 09, 2010, 08:14:55 AM: So, England has been going mad with all these Arctic temperatures and such, and recently we've had absolutely loads of snow. I was just wondering whether you, especially the Europeans, have had some snow, also what temperature has your country been...

England, Leicester:
Coldest it's been --> -9.8 degree's... and in some parts of Northen Scotland, it's been -22.7 degree's.

Snow --> 7cm, 9cm in some places. BRILLAINT. ;D

I'm still expecting places like Poland and Russia to have more, but this is a shock for me and for other people... :o

Oh and the coldest its been is -20 w/o wind chill.

Omg, the midlands is aweful for getting snow. Snowing atm here, only a little bit. ;D

Also tole the snowman from my neightbors while they where in the house, soo funny and pointless did that with 2 of my friends.
that little kid was making a snowman, like it was 14:00 here, with his parents outside in his garden.so he was done 14:30 with it and me and 2 friends took the snowman in our garden. we waited in the bushes for the kid to get out and see what happened and he was like : MOMMY DAADDDY!!!

to date:

85+ cm (~34in) of snowfall (pretty much all from two monster storms)

and looks like our low was about -24deg c (-11f, we had a run of -5deg f days for about a week)

I've never experienced below ~-5ºC. I experienced about 47-48ºC this week while on holidays. Yeah, thats 115-118ºF.
