Title: Deafault animated back ground not working

i use the default animated background and i reinstalled the game and now i Cant get the background to work and I'm still using the right script i downloaded the script again and it still did not work  ??? could someone please help ???

The default background isn't animated. It was changed to a static one with build 14?.
