I am guessing i will get lots a flaming from the older players(veterans) but for ya newer playera i hacked. I admitted it about 4-5 months ago. I haven't been playing much at all(about 1 time a week or 2). People are going to say dont unban him he is a little annoying noob, the only reason he is good is cuz he hacked. Well idc if u say that great. I just want a second chance the game. I dont hack, i think it is the stupidest thing anyone could ever do in a computer game. So this is mainly for gt and ab(also gt servers i think still). So any Gt that uses the forums alot u can contact me through PM's on this site or legocatt@aol.com.
I would like some feedback from the veterans that read this. btw it was fun playing with spook,uni,zombie and some other people 2 in the morning a couple nights ago.....nice pgp uni lol

You'll get a 2nd chance don't worry. This community is known for not caring about hackers. Look at ganja and zoogooz.. Blatantly wallhacking for the last 3 years. Oh and please RR members (oj, herron) save your bullexcrement. I bet gwb never hacked too, right? hah.. clowns

Xsv-boy: are you still on the Global Ban List, or is it just certain server you cannot connect to?

For what Xbain said. It is just Gt servers. Jitspoe said if i am caught after the release of 16 it will be global ban. I can play on all servers except gt and ab(gt host ab servers i think?) So i can play just not on gt servers. I think(if skater is still banned) i get the same servers he gets. So can u try to keep this topic more on the topic. so can digi etc....use irc or a different thread plz.

I just saw this new section of the board and thought this was a better place. basicly to the point will gt unban me so i can use there servers again. it was a first offense so that is 30 days. (it said that when i played them) so can i get a 2nd chance.

Xsv, madman did not join the GT servers and accuse everyone of hacking. Which you did. Then to top it off you got cuaght hacking. You dolt.
Now if you pay me to lift your ban than thats different. Before you ask, all proceeds goes to the "I am not a whine bot / cheater schoolarship program" From which you need to graduate from, so basically giving me money helps you, help yourself.
Curious, how do you know if GT "lost" that IP?

first off, the player that i have a demo of. Look and actually look. Shoots a ball at the right time or throws a nade perfect every time, tracks through walls. YOU have to watch it and not say o its a good player he dont hack. Second, madman told me along with others that he had a 30 day ban. I asked him the other day if he got unbanned and he said that gt lost his IP.

I thought the standard ban time for cheating was 30 days. Did Xsv-Boy do something special to get it extended?

What did he do wrong by accusing people? GT does it on a regular basis, but thats besides the point. GT should lift his ban considering the MOTD on their servers says "30 Day Ban". Its only fair. You should also lift my ban ;)

K, heres my LAST 2 cents on this. When i said Rez hacked i had zero clue it was Rez, his score was way to good. So i demoed him, stuff looked kinda odd so i posted it. Yes i hacked, from what ur server message says i should get a 30 day ban(its been 4-5 months).
Saying someone hacks isn't against any rules, u said i hacked so if u hack should u get a perm ban? Skater, i heard u hacked once then u got in some argurment on IRC then they just banned u idk but GL with it skater.
So thats what i got to say. I dont play Dp much anymore but when i go on i see no servers populated, so i go to gts server info thing and people are on them. I just want a 2nd chance. Is there any way to get a FULL gt rules list(i am sure saying someone hacks isn't on it)

Playing on a server is not a right, it is a priviledge. The fact that you keep going on about thsi does not help your cause.

If you have violated one rule, then the GT rules say you get a 30 day ban. However, Knack is totally right what he says. They can ban you from playing on their server for whatever reason they like, its NOT your right to play on their servers.
I know if i owned the servers, then i'd take a very harsh line on people abusing the service i'm providing to them free of charge. People here need to be more humble, its not your divine right to play on any servers you don't own or haven't paid for, and the community would do well to remember this.

Xsv, dont thank me. I am doing this becuase pink and lekky partially suggested I do. I dont like they way you acted right before you got banned. I dont believe you deserve a 2nd chance. But I am fair minded under this sexy, sexy skin.

Xsv-Boy, PM me your IP (or contact me on IRC) and I will take a look at removing your IP from the ban list.
Snipen setup several bans a few months ago, and has been busy with work since. I'm not sure who's IPs are on the ban list, and don't want to start removing them without know who it is or why they are on it. People may think that this is not the best way to handle the ban list, but....there are IPs on there for people like Ganja that are never welcome back to the GT servers, and I’m not about to remove their IPs...nor am I motivated to search through the old logs to identify each IP.
As far as Madman goes....he could not give me his IP correctly as he has been leaching internet off of neighbors wireless connections. Last night he gave me the correct IP, and I removed it from the ban list. He has not contacted me since to verify if it is working now or not. GT did not loose his IP nor did we intentionally keep him from the GT servers. If you ask him, I have been trying to work with him since he first contacted me to get him removed from the ban list. I hate when people make statements about things they don't fully understand.
skater....you are never welcome back to the GT servers, and that has to do fully with you're attitude. Any comments you make regarding GT have been incorrect, and fully out of your disgruntled view on GT. I really wish you would stop making comments like the ones you keep making. You wonder why I don't like matching with your clan....that is the reason. Personally, I just don't like you, and would prefer to never have to play on the same server as you. If your attitude changes, maybe my view of you would as well. Please grow up.
Anyone that thinks they are still banned from GT unfairly, please contact me so I can get it resolved. I will either un-ban you, or tell you why you will never be un-banned.

Sorry, I was just reading this and I saw that loial pointed out that Xvs-Boy may have gotten an extended ban because he accused people for hacking or something like that. Whereas Mut, Picasso, Bom, whatever he is going by now accuses about 2 people per map for some sort of hack.

Even if your brother/friend/dad/aunt/grandma/dog used a cheat on your computer or internet connection, you, too, will be banned.

Your brother was actually banned for excessive impersonation, faking clan tags and inviting people into clans he wasn't even a part of. Perhaps it was you? In any case, unless you both refrain from that kind of behavior, neither one of you will be able to play.

As for Derrek, Yeah he helped me out alot with this trouble, prolly spend 4-5 hrs online with me trying to get the right IP adress.. Which was kinda hard... * I hate wireless*, but XVS, when i said they "lost" my ip.. I thought it got mixed up somewhere b/c The Good Ol' Derrek looked for it with me for almost 4-5 hrs all together.. could never find it.. till i logged into my router and searched forever.. But hopefully your having fun and being a good sport about not hacking anymore... Good Luck in the future

1. I was wrong about XSV, sorry. I have a demo of saying he has a demo of player 'x' wallhacking, I asked him to post it on the forum and start playing dp and wasteing our time and bandwith with pointless hackusastions. He would not stop.
2. Regarding Mut he is who he is. Kind of like ...well i wont go there but he has yet to apologize to zoo in public. Doug is not seriously accusing someone we know this so do you. If you and others did not know this you do now. Now that you know, you can ingnore Doug if you choose to.
3. When have I or any current member of GT seriously accused anyone of cheating this year, that you can prove?
4. I gather you dont love GT. So what did we do to you and why do you keep playing on thier servers?
Here is a simple questions, this is open to anyone.
"Doing something you hate (like playing on GT servers), when you dont have to is what?"

Well you didn't acctually get banned form everything only form GT. So what's the problem there's like 15 other servers. Also why do you insult my server and complain then comeback 30 minuts later. If you have a problem leave and don't come back!

This is laughable, I can't believe you unbanned someone who cheated. When is global banning going to be taken seriously? I agree with Knack, I dont care if you confess or apologize, you made a conscious decision, you are very lucky...

lol this is to the HM guys. They are on airtime, no kills, i kill some guy by accident and they tban me. lol. Hitman has a 20 person server and it lags at like 5.

If you don't like the lag don't play on the server.? Personally I don't mind people putting up home hosted servers. If they are too laggy for me I will leave, not bitch to the server owner.

ok look xsv-boy... you need to stop lying and get your facts straight cuz your giving {HM} a bad name... we told you from the very beginning when you first entered the server NO KILLS... and you knew it cuz you were arguing with us... and how you accidently kill someone when you know we said NO KILLS is beyond me.. so you deserved the TBAN if it was up to me i would have PERM BANNED you... but its not my server... and another thing... we said we beat the clan [XSV] not you or [AB] so you didnt have to go running to your leader and telling him lies... so get your facts straight before you go running your mouth.. its people like you that give this game a bad name.... [p.s. i know [XSV] is a noob clan and that they suck... just thought id let you guys know before anyone starts saying we are bragging about beating a bunch of noobs....]

In the manual for setting up a cable/dsl server it says keep it at 8 people, I should know 20 ppl on a cable server will lag like hell, I had a cable server for a while, i even ran a server off a P3 450mhz 128mb of sdr ram, with a CL of 4... and it lagged with 3 ppl in it, I think if a server lags for you, you should jus go play on another server and as Bug explained about the argueing with the server owner is not right, XSV and I were both banned from GT servers and AB servers, i had my pbcup account locked and everything, 5 months later.. Derrek being as nice as he is let the ban off which was really nice of him.. I think this thread should be locked.. seems like more than half of it is jus constant flame

Just for the record I host a 16 person server not 20. Also about the lag these are the specs of the Insaine servers - Processor: Intel Dual Core 2.8 1MB Cache per Core RAM: 1GB DDR2 RAM. My computer is a Pentium D 4GHZ dual core processor with 2MB DDR2 RAM. So if you have lag it's probably your connection. I have hosted 7 to 8 people and they have had no to very little lag so I don't know what your problem is.

umm...you can be running a P3 with 128MB ram and not lag with 14 peeps, it all depends on the server's upload and download speed from its internet connection. And the P3 thing I'm talking about was a LAN server that I had setup that actually worked like a charm for ACACA's last LAN.
