When autobalance is enabled (on OTB for example), and loaded map is for more than 2 teams, autobalance goes wrong. When one of team is eliminated, you cannot switch to any other, you need to wait (in most cases a long time). Maybe force players from eliminated team to switch alive one? (or just don't block them to do that?)
Anyway, when autobalance was implemented? Don't saw it on b30 update list...

Build 28, but there was a bug in b29, so it didn't worked for a few month:
- "g_autobalance" half implemented. Setting it to 2 will disallow players from joining any team but "auto".
