So i was shooting people the other day in Assault Cube and shouted in teamspeak 3 so i thought hmmm...... Can i use teamspeak 3 with paintball2?? and thats why im in the forum right now pls respond soon!
-
Hmm, what would be the problem with using teamspeak?
Most of the clans are using voice chat (TS, Ventrilo, etc.) for recon during matches
-
but how would i set it up lol.

There is no ingame thing (atm), so u must start the client and connect to a ts3 server manually. U can use our for example (adress: otb-server.de; port: 9987). We have enough free slots. U can use the channels or make an own temporary one.
-
cool! does all of otbs servers have teamspeak?
-
Alrighty well im on there if anyone gets on illl be on the otb server lol thanks you ppl

Maybe someone can make a ts3 plugin for paintball, which connects u to a ts3 server in a special channel (servername + cl_language setting) if u join a server.
And (idk how) positional voice would be great :) ts3 can it, but its possible to detect that ingame.
-
would be a nice feature, shouldn't be to hard to implant.
-
pls look into it
-
{;ease visit the feature vote section. TY.

Realy? I don't understand it like that. On the TS Homepage (http://teamspeak.com/?page=teamspeak3) I didn't find anything about dynamical positional audio like mumble have (http://mumble.sourceforge.net/FAQ#How_does_the_positional_sound_work.3F).
I know, it's possible to create a plugin for Mumble, maybe someone will do this in the future.
