Basically have two (or more) password fields, so 1 can remain constant for admins to go in.
It's a similar concept like we already have for logins. Shouldn't be so hard to do.

Isn't there already a feature vote for this?

I think he means, on a password-protected server, there will be a password for the server leaser, in this case we'll say "lol" and there could be a fixed, permanent admin password so that anyone who knows the admin password can enter the server without actually knowing the leased password.

I remember a similar feature which was to allow admins in over the top of maxclients, maybe you're remembering that?

It was this feature (reserved slots): http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?topic=15168.0
But will it work on passworded servers? The reserved slot password use the "password"-command too, not password2 or something else.
Maybe an extended reserved slot feature could have both features. A reserved slot password list like the oppass with adminpass <password>, admintype <type#>. If it was set with for example "adminpassword 123" and type 1, you can connect and use the reserved slot and it ignores the actual server password. If it is the same with type 2, u use the reserved slot, but you need to enter the server password.
So one or two serveradmins can always connect and some members have always a free slot (but need to know the server password, if it is set). So it can be used for public and match servers.
