Czech IP addresses are almost identical, so you can't base multi accounts on the assumption of IP addresses.. Also, Xend and dd9 are brothers. But the 135669 and 135672 could be a potential match? Only 3 registrations away from each other..

Yeah, the only way we can really check up on czechs are by hardware id's.  IP's are useless, as we can have 10+ players on one.  We already have multiple threads on these guys anyway :P

so IRL you just waste your time when you are banned and you are  trying to ban more players for being cool?
