I want to have 1 on 1 matches with people who are interested in joining my clan but i dont know how to get a private server!!! Can someone help

Why not just rent a private server instead of going through all the trouble to set one up? On irc in channels #team_x or #team_cc you can rent a server by typing !x or !cc (These are some American Servers) or you can rent one at  http://www.otb-server.de/dpmatchleaser/ (Euro Servers)
