Lol this isn't serious, it's just someones opinion of the best countries. Which country is the best is really down to personal preference.

Also country is turning toward right and weed is not decriminalized ergo you can't smoke on street, just in several coffee shops. But Amsterdam is one of the nicest places I visited beside Berlin.
